Qualification :

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service/support
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English
  • Have experience working as part of a customer service voice team
  • Minimum education requirement: Diploma or equivalent, bachelor level is preffered
  • Willingness to work in a shifting mode, including public holidays, as part of an 18/7 roster
  • Familliarity with various customer service tools and technologies
  • Ability to execute smart solutions
  • Emphaty and a customer-centric approach
  • Having experience in live chat is a plus
  • Able to do smiling voice
  • Good communication and writing in English
  • Placement at Yogyakarta
