Qualification :
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service/support
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English
- Have experience working as part of a customer service voice team
- Minimum education requirement: Diploma or equivalent, bachelor level is preffered
- Willingness to work in a shifting mode, including public holidays, as part of an 18/7 roster
- Familliarity with various customer service tools and technologies
- Ability to execute smart solutions
- Emphaty and a customer-centric approach
- Having experience in live chat is a plus
- Able to do smiling voice
- Good communication and writing in English
- Placement at Yogyakarta
